General appearance inspection shall be conducted under fluorescent lighting. Color difference judgment shall be performed under a standard light source cabinet using standard indoor lighting. The sample shall be held at approximately half an arm’s length from the eyes (about 8 inches), and each accessory shall be inspected for approximately 3–4 seconds.

Dimensional measurement: Measurements shall be taken in accordance with the drawing requirements, at a sampling level of 10 pieces per batch.
A. Dimensions shall be measured using vernier calipers.
B. Assembly/fitment areas: Measurements shall be taken per drawing requirements. If the deviation is within 0.5mm, QA/QC shall determine, based on the situation, whether to accept or reject the lot. If the deviation exceeds 0.5mm, QA/QC shall determine, based on the situation, whether to apply special acceptance, sorting/selection, or rejection. This shall serve as the basis for quality control judgment. -
Special tests: Conducted at a sampling level of 10 pieces per batch.
A. High-temperature resistance test: Place the product in a forced-air constant-temperature oven. Set the temperature and time parameters to the specified test temperature and duration for the corresponding product. The product is deemed合格 (conforming/passing) if no cracking or breakage occurs after testing.
B. Fitment (assembly fit) test: Assemble the product with its corresponding mating components. The clearance/gap between them shall not exceed the specified standard. Under external force application, the glass shall not exhibit noticeable wobbling or movement (to be compared with the reference sample/master sample).
C. Imaging test: Under fluorescent lighting, the image reflected by the mirror shall not be distorted and shall remain clear (visual inspection).
D. Adhesion test: Apply 3M tape firmly onto the coated surface (press down securely). After one minute, quickly peel off the tape. There shall be no peeling or detachment of the coating.
E. Anti-fogging test:
a. Freezing test: Place the anti-fog mirror in an environment alternating between -10°C and room temperature. The mirror surface shall remain continuously fog-free.
b. Hot water test: Place the anti-fog mirror approximately 50px (2 inches) above hot water at 80°C ± 5°C, with the mirror surface facing downward. The mirror surface shall remain continuously fog-free.
